A misfiring Argentina defeated Trinidad and Tobago 3-0 on Wednesday in their first pre-tournament friendly ahead of the upcoming FIFA World Cup.

Argentina opened up Trinidad and Tobago on numerous occasions but wasted a host of chances in Buenos Aires, which may prompt coach Alejandro Sabella to rethink his forward setup.
