Jason Gilchrist scored the only goal of the game as Burnley edged past League Two Accrington Stanley in a pre-season friendly.

The academy graduate was one of several half-time changes for Burnley and made an impact inside the final 20 minutes by coolly curling home after good work from Scott Arfield.
