Cuadrado a un passo dal Chelsea

Juan Guillermo Cuadrado è ormai a un passo dal Chelsea. La dirigenza dei Blues e quella della Fiorentina hanno raggiunto un accordo per il trasferimento dell'esterno offensivo colombiano alla corte di José Mourinho.


La conferma dell'affare è arrivata dal tecnico della squadra toscana Vincenzo Montella, che in conferenza stampa ha dichiarato: "A me piace essere sincero, era una situazione che andava fatta. Da allenatore spiace ma se un giocatore viene pagato così tanto la società deve accettare. Al suo posto arriva un ottimo giocatore, simile a Cuadrado, dobbiamo vedere quanto ci metterà ad ambientarsi. L'addio di Juan non deve essere un alibi, è una situazione di calcio che non deve distrarci".


Il Chelsea verserà nelle casse del club viola 30 milioni di euro più bonus. Nella trattativa è stato inserito anche Mohamed Salah, che sarà girato in prestito alla Fiorentina.


Cuadrado rappresenta un colpo importante per il Chelsea, che oltre al campionato e alla Coppa di Lega, punta a vincere la Champions League. I Blues nel prossimo turno di Premier affronteranno davanti ai propri tifosi i campioni d'Inghilterra in carica del Manchester City.


All'andata i Blues, che al momento hanno un vantaggio di 5 punti sulla squadra di Manuel Pellegrini, riuscirono a pareggiare sul campo dei Citizens con il risultato di 1-1.
