Atletico Nacional will take a one-goal lead into the second leg of their Copa Sudamericana semi-final tie after edging Sao Paulo 1-0.

Luis Ruiz’s strike in the 35th minute was enough to see Colombia’s Nacional to victory on home soil at the Estadio Atanasio Girardot in Medellin on Wednesday.
